Sun Lakes Arts and Crafts Association is a group of residents interested in arts and crafts.
For over 30 years the Association has been hosting annual craft shows that provide members the opportunity to sell their unique original handcrafted items to the public.
Membership is limited to residents of Sun Lakes, AZ. Non-resident relatives and friends of residents are not eligible for membership nor can they participate in the shows. Membership dues are $10 per calendar year.
To participate as a vendor in our annual shows, you must be a member of the Association. No outside vendors are permitted and no commercial products are allowed Members must handcraft all items sold at the shows. For more information about membership, contact Nickie W. at 480-895-9527.

There are two meeting per year - the second Monday in January and October. These meeting are to discuss membership business and sign up for the upcoming craft show(s). You will be asked to show your HOA card or proof of residency in Sun Lakes. Membership fees are paid each calendar year.
All shows will either have a schematic posted or a date and time set to see your position in the craft show(s) Premium locations and electricity are reserved for board member and longtime existing members. Show Chairpersons do their best to accommodate all member's needs. Locations cannot be guaranteed to anyone.
All entrants are furnished with a 6-foot or 8-foot table, your choice of rectangle or round, or a card table and 3 feet of floor space. Any displays placed on the table should not exceed 5 feet in height measured from the floor. All products and displays must be on your table. If you get electricity, you will need a heavy-duty extension cord. Tables must be draped on three sides and draping must extend to the floor (Solid colors only please). The top of the table will should also be covered. No packing containers should be visible or in the aisles. Each table will have 2 chairs behind it.
Show hours are 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. You may arrive at 7:30 am to setup. Tables should be setup 15 minutes before the show opens. If you cannot exhibit at the show, please contact the Show Chairperson as soon a possible. There are no refunds after the cut-off date. You may park your vehicle close by for setup. Please move your vehicle as far away as possible, or preferably, have someone remove the vehicle from the premises during the show.
If you sell out merchandise before the end of the show, ask your neighbor to move their merchandise onto your table and notify the Show Chairperson Any member who packs up or leaves before 2:00 pm will be banned from all future shows. Any member selling items they did ot hand craft will be asked to pack up and leave the show immediately with no refund.
You may have someone help you sell your items, but you must handcraft all items on your table. If members would like to share one table, that is acceptable as long as membership dues are paid by each person for the calendar year.
