Our journey began 30+ years ago, and we have since grown to become a club that is passionate about all handcrafted and unique Arts and Crafts. We believe that crafting is not just a hobby, it's a way to connect with other Sun Lakes residents and build a community that serves all Sun Lakes and surrounding area residents. We have grown to become a trusted name in the crafting industry.
We promote and advance the understanding and appreciation of arts and crafts among all residents of Sun Lakes.

At SLACA, we believe in honesty, integrity, and quality. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and products.
There are two membership meetings per year - the second Monday in January and October. These meetings are to discuss membership business and sign up for the upcoming craft show(s). You will be asked to show your HOA card or proof of residency in Sun Lakes. Membership fees are paid once per calendar year. No proration of dues.
Prior to all shows, there will be a schematic posted or a date and time set to see your position in the craft show(s). Show Chairpersons do their best to accommodate all member's needs. Locations cannot be guaranteed to anyone.
All entrants are furnished with an 8-foot table or 6-foot table. Limit 2 tables. All display placed on the table should not exceed 5 feet in height measured from the floor unless your table is against a wall. No rack displays allowed in open floor center spaces. All products and displays must be on your table. No displays on floor in front of your tables allowed. If you are re requiring electricity, you will need a heavy-duty extension cord, and if you are in a traffic area, an 8 foot cord must be taped down to the floor. Tables must be draped on three sides with draping extending to the floor (Solid colored only please). The top of the table must also be covered. No packing containers should be visible or in the aisles. Each table will have 1 chairs behind it. Additional chair must be requested on the application. Please be considerate of other vendors by keeping noise to a minimum. No recorded music shall be permitted. Please remain behind your tables unless you are assisting a customer.
Show hours are 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. You may arrive starting at 7:30 am to set up. Tables should be completely set up 15 minutes before the show opens. If you are unable to exhibit at the show, please contact the Show Chairperson as soon a possible. There are no refunds after the cut-off date. You may park your vehicle close to the building for setup. Please move your vehicle as far away as possible from the building, or preferably, have someone remove the vehicle from the premises during the show by 8:45 am to allow for customer parking.
If you completely sell out of merchandise before the end of the show, ask your neighbor to move their merchandise onto your table and notify the Show Chairperson. Any member who packs up or leaves before 2:00 pm will be banned from all future shows. Any member selling items they did not hand craft will be asked to pack up and leave the show immediately with no refund as per Article V, Standing Rules, Section 5 of the by-laws.
You may have someone help you sell your items, but the member must handcraft all items that appear on your table. If members would like to share one table, that is acceptable as long as membership dues are paid by each person for the calendar year.
